"Being located on the Caribbean island of Dominica can often make it difficult to obtain surgical supplies in a timely manner, but we were extremely impressed with the responsiveness of Seal and their ability to streamline the ordering and shipping process"
Maternal and Neonatal Survival
Professor of International Health, Staffan Bergström with his international faculty run a very special twelve day course: “Enhancing access to human resources for maternal and neonatal survival through task-shifting by training of non- physician clinicians for comprehensive emergency obstetric care in low-income countries: from Scientific Evidence to action”
Maternal and Neonatal Survival
At this course we organize a hands-on workshop allowing the participants to share their real life experiences and skills and to become familiar with the training models with which we eventually equip them. The participants are surgeons, very experienced non-physician clinicians, midwives, nurses and government officials
Maternal Health
Here one sees a group of midwives of the midwifery program at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, practicing suturing techniques. The training model can be attached to any smooth surface, such as a whiteboard to further increase the visibility for the group and give you a hands free and correct working position by the different ways the training model can be set up.
